About The Position
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all jobsite activities necessary to successfully complete high-end residential construction projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive experience in custom luxury homes, particularly in hillside construction, and involves managing trade personnel, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring site safety and compliance.
