Position Description: The Construction Superintendent (CS) is responsible for the safe completion of the project within budget, on schedule, to the company's quality standards, and to the customer's satisfaction. Responsibilities are typically safety compliance, craft supervision and production, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, material handling, daily reports, quality control and craft training. The CS's duties will vary as required to support the project team.

Requirements

  • Electrical / Low Voltage Systems experience – 3 to 7 years
  • Experience managing or overseeing installation of low voltage building systems, including: Communications Systems Outside / Inside Plant Cabling Structured Cabling Systems
  • Experience includes: Security Systems Integrator Audio Visual Systems Integrator Communication System Integrator
  • Required experience in the following skills: OSP/ISP in Data Center environments Microduct pathway tugging installation Fiber optics installation, pulling, tugging and jetting Fiber optics termination, splicing and testing
  • Project scheduling proficiency in Oracle Primavera, Oracle Primavera Cloud or equivalent
  • OSHA 30 training certificate
  • Confined space training certificate

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • Professional accreditations or certifications, i.e. DBIA, LEED, etc.
  • BICISI Certified Cable Installer
  • RCDD – Registered Designer
  • PMP
