  • Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to specifications.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and serve as the primary point of contact for field staff and trade partners.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site, ensuring proactive compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Estimate staffing needs, schedule crews effectively, and ensure trade partner alignment with project timelines.
  • Communicate expectations clearly and host weekly foremen meetings to align the team.
  • Conduct quality inspections of trade partner and field staff work.
  • Create, update, and distribute full project schedules, including weekly 3-week lookaheads.
  • Order materials, schedule inspections, and troubleshoot schedule or design conflicts.
  • Maintain daily job site work records.
  • Act as a hospitable point of contact for internal and external partners, facilitating clear, timely communication.
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally, mobilizing the right parties as needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, with experience building healthcare facilities.
  • OSHA certification.
  • Experience leading and scheduling integrated teams, including trade partners.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore preferred), scheduling software (Outbuild preferred), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of job site safety regulations, permitting, and inspection processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification.
  • Previous experience working inside active hospital facilities.
  • ICRA certification training (8-hour minimum; 24-hour course preferred).
  • Experience using Procore and Outbuild software.
  • Annual Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (paid weekly) + discretionary bonus.
