As Superintendent, you may work across any of our market focuses, including Healthcare, Industrial, Higher Education, Historical/Repositioning, Mission-Critical, and/or Life Sciences, but your primary focus will be Commercial Interiors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing commercial construction projects as a Superintendent with a general contractor
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade scopes, and site logistics
  • A humble, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage several tasks at once while keeping a cool head
  • Confidence in reading plans, coordinating teams, and adapting to change
  • OSHA certification
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, construction platforms like Procore, Google tools, Microsoft Office tools, and Apple devices
  • Ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience overseeing high-end, Class A tenant improvement/commercial interiors projects as a Superintendent
  • Experience in drywall, finish carpentry, or millwork
  • Experience scheduling integrated teams using Outbuild scheduling software
  • Deep knowledge of safety protocols and permitting processes
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a calm presence when things get tough

Responsibilities

  • Leading and coordinating daily site operations across multiple projects
  • Managing schedules, sequencing work, and ensuring progress aligns with project goals
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
  • Driving quality by proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become problems
  • Communicating with trade partners, field staff, and project managers to ensure alignment
  • Hosting weekly foreman meetings to keep everyone informed and on track
  • Ordering materials, scheduling inspections, and maintaining accurate records
  • Acting as a visible, responsive, and reliable presence on site
  • Jumping in as needed to solve problems quickly, professionally, and collaboratively
