Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Standards Manager to support our client's Workplace Design team in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of design and construction standards. This role will be embedded onsite with a leading global technology client and will work closely with the Standards Manager and cross-functional teams to conduct research, develop sub-programs, and evolve workplace design guidelines. This is a full-time, client-facing position based in Cupertino, CA, requiring onsite presence three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday). The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in standards development, construction, or workplace design. They should be highly organized, research-driven, and confident presenting findings and recommendations using Keynote.
