About The Position
We are hiring Construction Skilled Laborers with a Class A CDL to support underground utility construction projects in the Tempe / Phoenix area . This role involves physical labor, operating small construction equipment, driving company trucks, and assisting with underground utility installation.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work as part of a construction crew
Nice To Haves
- Experience in underground or utility construction
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for underground utility construction projects
- Assist with trenching, digging, and conduit installation
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate small construction equipment as needed
- Drive company trucks to and from job sites
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow direction from the Foreman and crew leads
