About The Position

We are hiring Construction Skilled Laborers with a Class A CDL to support underground utility construction projects in the Tempe / Phoenix area . This role involves physical labor, operating small construction equipment, driving company trucks, and assisting with underground utility installation.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT Medical Card
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work as part of a construction crew

Nice To Haves

• Experience in underground or utility construction
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor for underground utility construction projects
• Assist with trenching, digging, and conduit installation
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate small construction equipment as needed
• Drive company trucks to and from job sites
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow direction from the Foreman and crew leads
