Construction Site Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on construction professional to oversee day-to-day operations on our job sites. As a Construction Site Supervisor , you will manage on-site activities from start to finish. You'll coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure each project meets expectations for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or similar field role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as CoConstruct and Microsoft Office (training available)
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to commute daily to job sites within Sussex County, DE
Nice To Haves
- Residential construction experience preferred (commercial experience considered)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily job site operations to keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Perform quality control checks and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Track progress against timelines and key milestones
- Update schedules, job logs, and material needs using project management tools
- Partner with Project Managers to resolve challenges and keep projects moving
- Lead client walkthroughs and ensure a positive homeowner experience
- Enforce job site safety and compliance with building standards
