Overview The Construction Site Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the safety programs within the organization. This role involves leading safety initiatives, conducting thorough risk assessments, training employees, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Safety Specialist II will also mentor junior safety staff and take a proactive approach in promoting a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.
