The Site Manager plans, organizes and directs all business functions for the project site, including but not limited to organization, oversight and directing of staff and craft, field engineering, contract administration, training, cost and schedule, field procurement, and finance and accounting. Responsible for successful execution of the construction and start-up of the project. Provides leadership to the project staff and all organizations on site. Directs staff in the daily/weekly planning process. Functions as a representative for Black & Veatch in all interactions involving the Owner and Contract. Implements Black & Veatch standards and procedures, develops project specific procedures and allocates resources, and makes decisions in support of project strategies.
