About The Position

STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group. STRUCTURAL is currently looking for a Construction Shop Driver for our Chelmsford, MA office. As a Driver for STRUCTURAL, you will be responsible for safely transporting construction materials and equipment to various job sites in the greater Massachusetts area. Occasionally you will perform light duty construction work and assist with cleanliness, stocking, and inventory control of shop / warehouse. Our ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of experience driving commercial vehicles Experience driving open flatbed trucks Experience towing trailers Clean driving record (as specified by Structural Group) Must have valid DOT Previous experience driving & transporting construction equipment for a commercial construction company preferred, but not required Physically able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs. without assistance Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to earn up to $28/hour (based on experience) as well as benefits including: medical and dental insurance, 401(k), paid holidays & vacation, tuition reimbursement, career development and growth opportunities, and a caring work environment. Requirements

2+ years of experience driving commercial vehicles
Experience driving open flatbed trucks
Experience towing trailers
Clean driving record (as specified by Structural Group)
Must have valid DOT
Physically able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs. without assistance

Nice To Haves

Previous experience driving & transporting construction equipment for a commercial construction company preferred, but not required
