About The Position
Ninyo & Moore is seeking a Construction Services Project Manager to oversee materials testing and inspection projects in Salt Lake City, UT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction materials testing projects, which includes preparing proposals, managing project timelines, and maintaining effective communication with clients and design professionals. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all field activities are coordinated efficiently and that field technicians and inspectors are effectively supervised. The Project Manager will be expected to visit project sites regularly to evaluate the work being performed, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Additionally, the candidate will conduct technical reviews and approvals of all project-related documentation, assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving as necessary. This position is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with a proven track record in project management within the materials testing and inspection industry. The role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of preparing comprehensive reports and proposals. Certifications such as ICC and CWI are considered advantageous, enhancing the candidate's qualifications for this position.
