Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager or strong Project Manager ready to step up.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Background with ground-up and renovation projects.
• Experience in design build and cm at risk delivery.
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Procore or similar systems.
• 30-hour OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project plans, financials, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Navigate permitting, inspections, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a strong safety record.
• Coordinate field and office operations to support long-term company goals.
