About The Position

We are seeking a Scheduling Manager to oversee all scheduling efforts in the company. This person will be developing, monitoring, auditing and updating project schedules for construction activities. Will report to Executive leadership and have opportunity to make a significant impact at an organizational level. Candidates required to have previous commercial construction scheduling responsibilities. Primavera P6 proficiency is required. Certification in project scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP) is a plus. No work sponsorship available for this position. Please note this is a full-time in office position in Austin, Texas. Candidates must reside here or be able to relocate permanently. Requirements

  • Candidates required to have previous commercial construction scheduling responsibilities.
  • Primavera P6 proficiency is required.
  • Candidates must reside here or be able to relocate permanently.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in project scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management
  • Assist in Developing and update construction schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud or similar tools.
  • Assist in Defining project milestones, deliverables, and task dependencies.
  • Assist in Track progress and adjust schedules to meet project goals.
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Provide timely status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct schedule review meetings to address risks and align on timelines.
  • Support senior leadership with monthly project status reports.
  • Risk mitigation
  • Identify schedule risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Monitor critical paths to prevent potential delays.
  • Training & Support
  • Train team members on scheduling tools and best practices.
  • Maintain and distribute scheduling documentation.
  • Provide mentorship to enhance scheduling proficiency within the team.
