About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to develop, maintain and manage detailed CPM schedules for the electrical cope on large commercial, institutional, healthcare and industrial projects. This role's primary focus is building and updating Primavera P6 schedules that integrate seamlessly with the project's master schedule. This position is full-time in our Salt Lake City, UT office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience (electrical trade background is a plus)
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 with the ability to build schedules from scratch
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials, methods, sequencing and activity durations
• Solid understanding of contract documents, plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with PMs, superintendents, subcontractors and general contractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scope
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted

Nice To Haves

• PSP, PMI-SP, or other scheduling certifications
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed Primavera P6 baseline and update schedules for electrical work
• Ensure electrical schedule aligns with the overall master schedule
• Perform regular project updates, delay/impact tracking, and time-impact analysis
• Capture and document delays, constraints and impacts
• Report on project status to key stakeholders (e.g. project managers, project engineers)
