This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders including project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop and maintain comprehensive schedules that ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints. Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors, and business partners Develop and implement project schedules in coordination with project teams, taking into account scope, resources, and constraints. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to construction scheduling, and recommend improvements or innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience within the Construction Industry
  • Develop and maintain standardized scheduling procedures, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years scheduling experience preferred.
  • Ability to recognize during job site visits, where there are schedule sequencing areas of concern and where sequencing improvements can occur.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Project Sight and other similar software.
