About The Position

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We’re seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support a large-scale capital improvement program with the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). Salary Range: $160K/Year-$175K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Requirements

  • 10+ years of scheduling experience on large construction programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Advanced experience with: Primavera (P6), MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of
  • Critical Path Method (CPM)
  • Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
  • Construction claims and change orders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules aligned with execution strategies
  • Review contractor schedules for accuracy, compliance, and quality
  • Perform time impact analysis (TIA) for delays and claims
  • Analyze change orders and schedule impacts
  • Conduct critical path and earned value analysis
  • Review recovery schedules and recommend corrective actions
  • Participate in change order negotiations
  • Perform cost analysis and cash flow projections
  • Visit project sites and report progress to leadership
  • Prepare and present schedule reports and recommendations
