Responsibilities

  • Converts estimators' quotes to sales orders upon receipt of a customer purchase order (PO).
  • Reviews POs to ensure pricing accuracy and identify any quoted items missing from the PO.
  • Collaborates with estimators to requote any omitted items and coordinates submittal packages for the customer.
  • Works with the credit department to confirm customer credit limits or establish job accounts as needed.
  • Partners with purchasing to place vendor POs promptly and manage documentation for special pricing.
  • Ensures customers sign vendor specification documents in a timely manner to avoid delays in product delivery.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding changes or order status updates.
  • Coordinates with estimators to provide quotes for additional products as needed throughout the project.
  • Collaborates with local branches to stage products for customer pickup or delivery to the job site.
  • Coordinates delivery or pickup logistics and ensures closeout packages are provided to the customer.
  • Notifies the Lincoln team or local Business Development Representative once the project is complete so they can continue servicing the aquatic facility.
  • Travels to visit customers and job-sites as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree is preferred or at least three years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in the swimming pool industry with knowledge of commercial applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Prelude is desired or ability to readily adapt to system is required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
