About The Position
Blair Fire Protection, a leading company in fire prevention and protection, is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Construction Sales Project Manager to join our team in Butler, WI. Since our inception in 2008, we have been dedicated to saving lives and ensuring property safety through exceptional fire protection services. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively generating sales leads through various methods including digital sourcing, cold calling, door knocking, and referrals. Your primary focus will be to move prospects through the sales pipeline while overseeing and managing all sales activities for construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction. As a Construction Sales Project Manager, you will need a strong understanding of construction processes and NFPA codes, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be tasked with estimating and quoting new construction projects, as well as upgrades to existing fire sprinkler systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in impactful work that enhances safety standards and protects lives through your sales leadership. Local travel within the southeast Wisconsin area is required, and a vehicle allowance will be provided.
