About The Position

This position focuses on estimating, selling, and managing fencing and/or asphalt paving projects. Candidates will work in the field and office to measure, prepare proposals, manage client interactions, and support handoff to production teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in construction sales or estimating (general contractor experience preferred)
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Use Bluebeam or similar software for takeoffs and plan markup
• Prepare and present accurate proposals to clients
• Manage 3–5 active projects concurrently
• Participate in approximately 900 job bids annually with a 30% close rate
