About The Position

You’re not here to simply “work leads.” You’re here to build relationships, generate opportunities, and help clients move confidently from vision to signed contract. We are a high-end design-build firm serving San Diego’s most discerning homeowners. Our clients expect clarity, professionalism, and a seamless experience and we deliver that through a structured, high-touch process. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate who can generate and nurture opportunities, guide prospects through the sales process, and help convert qualified leads into signed projects. The Role - This is a relationship-driven sales role with a strong emphasis on both business development and closing. You will: Generate and cultivate new opportunities through self-generated leads, networking, and referrals Manage company-generated leads and move opportunities through the pipeline Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients Help guide clients through budget, scope, and pre-construction conversations Build trust and support clients through the decision-making process Work closely with ownership and the internal team to help achieve revenue goals This is not a passive sales role. You are expected to create momentum, drive follow-up, and help move opportunities toward close. Requirements

  • Proven success in sales, have business development, or consultative selling in the construction industry
  • Personally closed high-value projects ($200K–$2M+)
  • Comfortable discussing budgets, scope, and expectations
  • Strong relationship builder with a proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Organized, responsive, and accountable
  • You don’t wait for leads, you help create them
  • You take ownership and follow through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, remodeling, real estate, or high-ticket sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop self-sourced leads
