Responsibilities Implementation of safety program to maintain a safe and health work environment Conduct regular walk-through inspections of construction areas Identifying, documenting, and recommending resolutions for potentially hazardous/hazardous conditions. Follow through to ensure corrections are made. Investigate personal injury and property damage accidents Compile data and photographs, etc; Prepare relevant forms and reports per program procedures and state, federal, and local regulations related to accidents. Conduct various industrial site samplings (ex: O2, gas, noise, etc) to ensure safe working conditions. Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s discretion and company needs. Qualifications Four-year program in occupational health/safety, or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or industrial-related safety experience. 2-4 years of relevant experience Ability to recognize hazardous/potentially hazardous conditions and recommend solutions. Good interpersonal communication skills.
