The individual will evaluate the standard of care for various parties involved in construction, assess causation and responsibility for accidents/injuries, and evaluate responsibilities, duties, and scope for parties on a multi-employer work site. Additionally, the position includes evaluating safety practices/protocols involving heavy equipment, machine guarding, cranes, rigging, scaffolding, excavation, and trenching. The candidate will review work site safety programs, collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts, and provide technical findings and conclusions in laymen's terms. Testifying in legal proceedings and maintaining professional knowledge through workshops and publications is also required. The role includes responsibilities for client development and retention, with a regular and predictable presence at work.
