There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
At Antea Group, we are dedicated to addressing the critical challenges in Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) that our world faces today. Our mission is to transform risks into opportunities by providing tailored solutions that meet the specific goals, pace, and location of our clients. To achieve this, we sometimes require specialized expertise and industry knowledge, which creates opportunities for both temporary and long-term EHS&S assignments. Our project opportunities vary in duration, ranging from a few hours per week to full-time engagements. We believe in connecting the right talent to the right work at the right time, whether you are a seasoned professional, a recent graduate, or somewhere in between. Currently, we are experiencing a surge in demand for our clients' Data Center construction projects, and we are seeking experienced Construction Safety Advisors to join our Antea Group Community. As a Construction Safety Advisor, you will leverage your practical experience to interpret and apply health and safety regulatory requirements to Data Center contractors. We have current and future positions available in various locations, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Virginia. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of hands-on health and safety experience in data center construction and will be proficient in managing high-risk activities such as electrical safety, confined space, fall protection, and material handling. Experience in evaluating and managing the safety performance of data center subcontractors is essential. The candidate must excel in collaborative environments, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, work independently, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Typical job assignments may include representing the Data Center owner during construction and renovation, developing and implementing health and safety programs, interfacing with employees and contractors to ensure safe processes, conducting industrial hygiene monitoring, performing health and safety audits, assessing potential health and safety risks, and developing compliance recommendations based on regulatory understanding and interpretation.
