About The Position
AECOM Tishman is seeking a Construction Risk Management Analyst to be based in New York, NY. This position is expected to begin May 2025. As a Construction Management Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking prospective bid opportunities, bid preparation and review, tracking and participating in business deal development, contract summarization, project budget development, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) development and review, internal cost forecasting, and monitoring key project deliverables including key financial metrics throughout the construction process.
