Document daily field and inspection activities, including material sampling, testing, and quantity measurements. Assist with preconstruction meetings, progress updates, and conflict resolution sessions; prepare and negotiate construction change orders. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and SEH team members. May assist in development of proposals, estimating project budgets and schedules and completing constructability reviews This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the following areas: Bismarck, ND Better Places. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in the construction field.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate rough terrain on construction sites.
  • Willingness to travel for team meetings, client consultations, and on-site observations.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • This position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH’s Driving Program.

Nice To Haves

  • Possession of applicable DOT technical certifications or ability to obtain within six (6) months.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • Familiarity with BlueBeam software.
