Requirements

3+ years of experience inspecting residential/multi-family development projects.
Knowledge of codes and regulations: Familiarity with local, state, and national building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards, as well as a good understanding of construction safety practices.
Attention to detail: Demonstrate keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

Monitoring work for compliance with plans and specifications
Preparing written reports, calculations, client interface, and related work items
Monitoring of heavy highway, water & wastewater works, underground utility installation, and municipal infrastructure improvements
