About The Position

The Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) at RQ Construction, LLC is responsible for overseeing the quality control program for construction projects, particularly on military bases. Requirements

• Ten or more years of combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
• Two years of experience as a QC Manager.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate required.
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and specific software literacy in Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical background is desired but not required.
• Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired.
• LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate (GA) Certificate.
