The Construction Quality Control Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the project. This role ensures that the Contractor's Quality Control activities and the facilitation of the Commission's Quality Assurance activities are performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the approved QMP. The Quality Manager (QM) has the authority to ensure compliance with the QMP by all Contractor Parties and is not subordinate to any personnel directly performing, supervising, or progressing the construction work. The QM will develop and submit to the Commission a plan for the uniform reporting, controlling, correcting, and resolving of any non-conformance issues that may arise on the Project. Additionally, the QM will provide a monthly quality report to the Commission, which includes summaries of Quality Control staff and activities, test results, nonconforming work, quality problems and resolutions, and engagement with the Commission's Quality Assurance staff.
