We have an immediate need for a Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control Professional to support our Syosset and Manhattan projects. Come join our team! Requirements

• Experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in project management and/or the construction industry.
• 2+ years' experience.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technology program required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Quality Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Quality Programs based on client contracts and specifications.
• Provide quality support, oversight, and direction to ensure effective implementation of quality activities of active corporate projects.
• Monitor and audit Critical Projects to ensure compliance with LiRo's QMS and Project Procedure Manuals.
• Maintain LiRo's QMS by developing/revising LiRo standards and supporting the continuous improvement cycle.
• Lead field staff in the preparation of project, quality, and safety manuals that support the Corporate QMS.
• Provide the necessary field training to support these goals.
