  • Lead and oversee all phases of project design, development, and execution, driving projects to successful completion.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their vision is realized with precision.
  • Manage project scope meticulously to optimize budget efficiency and maximize value.
  • Facilitate clear communication across all teams, making sure everyone is aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Capture and distribute key project insights, including meeting minutes, design scopes, and schedule summaries to keep teams informed and agile.
  • Track project progress against budget and timeline, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations.
  • Manage change requests by updating documentation and securing client approvals, ensuring transparency and smooth project flow.
  • Identify potential risks early, develop effective mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed to maintain project momentum.
  • Champion client satisfaction by actively listening, responding to feedback, and keeping clients confident and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • 5-7+ years of client-facing project management experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Expertise in project management disciplines including planning, time management, financial oversight, quality assurance, risk management, and detailed documentation.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, thriving in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver superior results consistently.
  • Comfortable leveraging technology and project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms to streamline workflows and enhance communication.
