About The Position

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of construction management from conception to occupancy. This includes ability to interface and communicate with all levels of staff within the organization, project professionals, and regulatory agencies on a regular basis. The Project Manager also demonstrates the ability to offer input on means to improve processes and control variables within the project scope. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, degree concentration in construction preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years' experience in healthcare environment construction and/or Facilities operations required.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff within the facility.
  • Proven ability to work with professionals, regulatory officials, and contractors.
  • Architectural drafting experience/ability to work with AutoCAD required.
