As a Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include professional construction management support services for large public works construction projects.

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management preferred
• Construction Management/Construction Inspection experience in large public works projects
• Over 8 years of Construction Management or inspection experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work as a Construction Project Manager as part of a team on SFPUC projects and independently on smaller projects
• Supervise construction inspectors and coordinate inspection activities
• Manage and schedule construction inspector staffing for projects
• Coordinate field sampling and testing
• Issue and manage Non-Conformance Notices (NCNs)
• Review field construction submittals
• Collaborate closely with the Owner and Contractor to resolve issues
