Requirements

• Must have exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects on a daily basis including oversight of contractors and their employees.
• Familiarity with all building components and systems which are used in an apartment building.
• High energy with the ability to get projects completed timely and correctly.
• Work with an exceptional team committed to quality.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee sub-contractors during building projects including but not limited to, inception to completion, repair and maintenance of multiple properties.
• Ensure the project meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
