As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to a dedicated Life Sciences client account in Warsaw, IN to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives with direct accountability for project delivery. This is not a remote role and does require onsite presence in Warsaw, IN. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

  • Develop capital plans for various Facilities projects for all stages and be responsible for portfolio management and project execution for a dedicated Life Sciences client.
  • Interact directly with the client's site lead to manage and lead all projects including preparing all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.
  • Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • Direct the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
  • Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
  • Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
  • Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult or sensitive information.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 5 years of proven experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • Previous AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) experience preferred and should include construction project management, owner's rep, or project management experience for commercial projects.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment such as manufacturing or labs is preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality.
