Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong background in luxury retail or high-end interiors
- Proven ability to manage tight timelines and complex builds
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel across the East Coast / Florida as needed

Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control
- Ensure projects meet brand standards and exceed client expectations
