This role will support innovation and expansive growth through cross-functional project oversight. The Construction Project Manager on the Facility Maintenance Team will be the primary person collaborating with our Food Safety Field Team to ensure building integrity is strictly maintained to ensure pest free environments for all retail locations. The CPM all repair and renovation projects across our retail locations. This role ensures excellence in: Building maintenance and structural integrity, Food safety compliance, Team member safety, Customer experience The position oversees project execution from start to finish, maintaining high quality standards throughout all activities. Supports and guides the critical infrastructure and life cycle planning team while fostering a positive team environment through a culture of accountability and shared fate. The right person for this job is an entrepreneurial self-starter with an owner’s perspective. Must have a service mindset and a professional demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively with business partners at every level.
