Construction Project Manager
About The Position
M Squared Construction has been building for over 15 years in its current form and nearly three decades in total. We specialize in residential, commercial, and are actively expanding into larger commercial and government projects. We are not a volume builder. We are a quality-driven company that takes ownership of projects and protects the client’s vision from start to finish. We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to bring structure, oversight, and accountability to active projects while maintaining our quality standard. You will be responsible for making sure projects do not live in someone’s head. Organization and follow-through matter.
Requirements
- Prior construction project management or superintendent experience
- Ability to read plans and understand scopes of work
- Experience coordinating subcontractors
- Strong organizational skills
- Clear, direct communication
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Manage timelines, budgets, and material flow
- Ensure signed change orders are secured before work begins
- Maintain documentation (photos, updates, progress tracking)
- Communicate clearly with clients and set expectations
- Identify issues early and solve them before they escalate
- Protect the quality standard on every job
