About The Position

GE HealthCare has a great opportunity for an Installation Project Manager to support our Imaging Equipment business in the New Mexico and El Paso, TX territory. With your experience in construction projects, you'll own the implementation process for installing our larger Imaging equipment in hospitals and other care centers starting from the sales order review through training the customers on their new devices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years experience in Project Management; or an Associate degree and minimum of five years experience in Project Management.
  • Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while working remotely.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades.
  • Experience with large-scale project management requirements.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE HealthCare products.
  • Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact between GE HealthCare and the customer on all things related to installation.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GEHC operational targets.
  • Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Diagnostic Imaging.
