This position is open to qualified, local, individuals in SLC. The Construction Project Manager will manage ground up chain restaurant projects consisting of limited/fast pace size, scope, duration, etc., while acting as an extension of the owners design, construction and maintenance staff overseeing the work of general contractors, designers and vendors. This is a hybrid (remote + field) based position with recurring travel on-site to project locations across the state of Utah. Travel required (30-60%) on an as needed basis up to and including weekly site visits. Multi-shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules.
