About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager- Corporate Interiors to work on projects in the Raleigh, NC area. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER- CORPORATE INTERIORS RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, schedule, and manage projects to achieve established milestones, goals, and deadlines Collaborate closely with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and owners Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Monitor project progress and implement strategies to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion Supervise project staff and provide constructive feedback Serve as a project leader and resource for the project team Utilize project management tools to maintain financial control and cost tracking Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and reporting Coordinate workflows and processes to support efficient project execution Identify challenges, problem-solve effectively, and drive issues to resolution Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and leadership development CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER- CORPORATE INTERIORS QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of experience in construction project management, flexibility for less at an associate level Background in interior commercial construction Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced, shifting schedules and priorities Knowledge of OSHA standards, industry best practices, equipment, and QA/QC procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license required Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER- CORPORATE INTERIORS COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $85k-$120k, depending on experience, open to higher or lower level experience to which salary would be reflected 401(k) with company match PTO Comprehensive benefits package  Bonuses based on project performance

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in construction project management, flexibility for less at an associate level
  • Background in interior commercial construction
  • Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced, shifting schedules and priorities
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards, industry best practices, equipment, and QA/QC procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed
