Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
Completion of OSHA 30 training required.

Nice To Haves

Experience working for a General Contractor or major mechanical subcontractor preferred.
Proficiency with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak preferred.
Basic estimating skills preferred.
Understanding of accounting and financial management preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee project management and engineering activities from design through construction.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
Prepare client and subcontractor change orders.
Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects.
Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors.
Coach and mentor project team members.
Develop project staffing plans, including labor and subcontractor requirements.
