The Construction Project Manager will: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies. Coordinate with engineers, technicians, designers, and drafters to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned projects. Act as a liaison between the project team regarding changes or problems. Select, negotiate with, and coordinate the work of vendors, contractors, or subcontractors. Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and other design personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate construction project resources and be responsible for material management. Track progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepare reports for senior management.
