About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a commercial/industrial mechanical company in East Point, GA Pay: $100-120k Schedule: Mon – Fri (8 am -5 pm) Benefits: Comprehensive Employee benefits Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager: Identify, evaluate, and address client needs and propose solutions to resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner Planning and execution of project work plans and day-to-day field operations Interacting with clients by scheduling, leading, and recording status meetings Coordinating labor needed for projects to meet deadlines Engage customers, close sales, and manage projects from beginning to end Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification technique Review deliverables prepared by team members prior to passing to client Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and keep project team and management well informed with effective communication of relevant project information Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure proper safety policies and methods Perform material take-offs Use and continually develop leadership skills Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Project Management: 5+ years (Preferred)
  • Strong ability to work closely with customers in closing sales during the entire duration of the project
  • MUST HAVE strong understanding of Commercial Plumbing
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Ability to handle issues that arise
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and multi-tasking

Responsibilities
