The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of building projects from conception to completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires strong expertise in construction management and close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, internal leadership, investors, and regulatory agencies. Success in this role depends on exceptional project leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
