Construction Project Manager - Keaau, Hawaii
About The Position
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle execution of commercial, industrial, and retail construction projects supporting manufacturing and retail expansion and capital initiatives. The Construction Project Manager oversees planning, design coordination, budgeting, permitting, and on-site execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining alignment with operational requirements and business priorities. Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, this position leads day-to-day project execution while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial, industrial, or retail construction experience
- Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects from design through closeout
- Valid driver's license required
Nice To Haves
- Active or previously held Hawaii Contractor's License preferred. Serving as HPM's Responsible Managing Employee (RME) may be required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered
- Industry certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus
