Our client is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact hospital construction projects simultaneously, totaling $50M-$100M in capital. You'll be at the center of delivering transformative healthcare facilities, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Architecture, or Civil Engineering preferred
• Healthcare construction project management experience preferred
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects with capital budgets of $50M-$100M
• Comfortable with 20-30% travel

Responsibilities

• Manage 4-8 construction projects from planning through turnover, with some senior PMs managing up to 12
• Oversee new hospital builds and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, and project documentation with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Provide construction guidance and oversight on corporate development projects
• Travel to job sites to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field teams to maintain workflow momentum
• Lead coordination meetings and manage expectations of hospital administration
