About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Johnston, RI. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager on construction projects valued at $1M+
• Ability to review project plans, specifications, and requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgeting and scheduling
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage and track project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, schedules, and files
• Handle Change Order Requests
• Assist with project closeout and safety documentation for submission to general contractors and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, general contractors, and project owners
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
