Requirements

5–7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-end residential projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam; experience with Viewpoint Vista is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, methodical approach to challenges.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, architects, designers, and field personnel.
Knowledge of construction operations, safety guidelines, and technical drawings.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor teams effectively.
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
Reliable transportation for travel is required, including between multiple job sites.
Successful completion of a background check is required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED Accreditation are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of construction project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
Evaluate subcontractor proposals, create accurate estimates, and oversee project schedules using MS Project.
Monitor budget, projections, and schedules, proactively addressing potential delays or unexpected costs.
Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, managing expectations, and resolving scope changes.
Mentor and develop project engineers, inspiring accountability and professional growth.
Lead project meetings, including weekly onsite updates and monthly budget reviews.
