Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-end residential projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam; experience with Viewpoint Vista is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, methodical approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, architects, designers, and field personnel.
  • Knowledge of construction operations, safety guidelines, and technical drawings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor teams effectively.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
  • Reliable transportation for travel is required, including between multiple job sites.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED Accreditation are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of construction project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
  • Evaluate subcontractor proposals, create accurate estimates, and oversee project schedules using MS Project.
  • Monitor budget, projections, and schedules, proactively addressing potential delays or unexpected costs.
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, managing expectations, and resolving scope changes.
  • Mentor and develop project engineers, inspiring accountability and professional growth.
  • Lead project meetings, including weekly onsite updates and monthly budget reviews.
