About The Position

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Supervise and lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Prepare and manage project estimates and budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maintain financial integrity. Ensuring accurate accounting reflects construction progress. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables. Tracking, documenting and communicating with applicable parties on all project delays. Ensure that all work meets quality standards and complies with local regulations and safety guidelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and that projects comply with local building codes and regulations. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

  • Position requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering or a related field.
